Super Simple Shrimp Fajitas

I have quite the love affair with sheet pan dishes. What’s not to love? Put all your ingredients on one pan, toss them together with spices and olive oil, pop them in the oven, then voila! Your entire meal is ready.

Sunday, I made shrimp fajitas for my husband and myself. The kiddos went with chicken sausage from our local Fresh Thyme grilled on our Green Egg. They didn’t complain. Here’s the simple and easy recipe for the fajitas. I definitely recommend giving them a go!
