There is absolutely no one size fits all approach to fitness. We all have different bodies, and because of that we all have to take the time to learn what works and what doesn’t for our own body. That’s the premise behind what we’re building and the workouts we are soon to launch at Boldly Fit. With that being said, have you ever taken the time to get to know what works for you?

Do you know what foods your body responds positively to?

Do you know what foods trigger inflammation for you?

Do you know the style of cardiovascular exercise that you both enjoy and see the most results from?

These are all questions we should ask ourselves. Why? Because you should desire to create a fitness environment for yourself that you can sustain. If you enjoy what you do, you’re more likely to stick with it and get better results. If your diet isn’t a match for your body, how will you ever reach your goals? There’s no benefit in eating foods that your body is sensitive to, even if they are “healthy” options. You have to consider how you feel internally. Inflammation does not always have an external component, but you can feel it on the inside the majority of the time.

Being fit runs so much deeper than outward appearance, and we have to begin to embrace that concept. Strive for total wellness.  If you do that, you will not only see, but also feel the change in your body and life.

All things are possible. We serve God who has shown us that time and time again. But, you have to do your portion of the work too. The tools are there.
