Recipe of the Week: Simply Sweet Overnight Oats

Sometimes it’s nice to wake up in the morning, pull out a bowl or jar from the fridge, and enjoy a nutritious breakfast. No extra steps required. Here’s a simple, and easy overnight oats recipe I think you’ll enjoy.


1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 banana

1/4 cup blueberries

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbs chia seeds



Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Wake up and enjoy!
