They’re the absolute worst vegetable when it comes to childhood recounts on TV, but a good side of roasted Brussels sprouts is something you don’t want to pass up. This is our favorite way to dish them out.
1 lb Brussels sprouts, ends removed
1 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place brussels sprouts in baking dish
Top with pepper, basil, thyme and olive oil
Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning once
Serve with one serving of the batch cooked chicken.
