Quick And Delicious Banana Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1/4-1/2 cup pumpkin puree (depending on how think you want your smoothie)

1 cup cup almond (or other plant) milk

1 handful of ice

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp honey (optional)

Cinnamon (if desired)

Pumpkin pie spice (if desired)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and enjoy! Makes 1 large smoothie.
