Is A 10 Minute Workout Sufficient?

Let’s get this clear from the start. We love a good session in the gym. One of those sessions where you target a specific muscle group and have to force yourself through a grueling hour long workout. It happens quite frequently at our gym. But — we also recognize that not everyone loves that type of workout for varying reasons. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.

You can hit every single muscle group in your body and walk away feeling amazing in as little as 10 minutes. It’s true! That’s high intensity interval training, or HIIT, at it’s finest. The key with this type of workout is to move quickly. You want to go from one exercise to the next with minimal breaks. That helps keep your heart rate up and forces your muscles to work through fatigue. And get this…  You can even do this style of workout with absolutely no weight other than your own body weight. That includes doing exercises like pushups, planks, squats, lunges, burpees, mountain climbers, and the list goes on!
