1 lb ground turkey breast
2 zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, then sliced
1 pint mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp basil
1 tsp dill
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
Brown ground turkey breast.
Add zucchini, mushrooms, garlic, basil, dill, pepper and sea salt.
Reduce heat and cook until vegetables reach desired tenderness, approximately 15 minutes.
